5. Payments & Orders

When you enroll in a paid course, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., PayHere). You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of the order.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy below. By purchasing a course, you acknowledge acceptance of the Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by godadamu.lk or its licensors. You agree not to infringe these rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, godadamu.lk, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
